News from DC bulletin: The new video platform was launched in extension to the current StarHub's ;Play Entertainment channel where consumers are
allow to buy music, rent video or simply listen to radio with MaxOnline connection. The new video channel will host content span across StarHub's
existing cable content providers.

Netroasia was awarded the contract to develop and manage Avocent's Web-based Training Platform in Asia Pacific for their customers. IBM Asia
Pacific is their 1st customer to adopt this Web-based Training Platform. Sales representatives from the various countries in Asia Pacific will be
able to register and login into the training platform to access the training materials.

News from DC bulletin: In a bid to provide continuous rich media experience to end-consumers, Samsung Mobile has collaborated with Content owners
for a series of campaign over the next 12 months to have their storage media preloaded with contents that will fit the target audience of
respective phone models. With DC's IP Connect Mobile Platform, DRM technologies were deployed to ensure that the contents are securely distributed
for playback only on the intended phone models. Controlled licensing also enabled Samsung to track how the market responded to their campaign.

Netroasia was awarded the contract to revamp the newly rebranded Radio 91.3 online channel. With a new name and new market positioning a natural
progression was a new Web presence as well. Our challenge was to revamp the current website to appeal to the needs of their new target audience
the PMEBS.

News from DC bulletin: In a bid to promote their mobile content and mobile streaming channel, CNBC Singapore utilized Digital-Connect's IP Connect
Mobile to digitally protect their videos, embed it onto a CD. CD was distributed during the annual COMEX 2006.
Receivers of CD can download the video, transfer it to their mobile phone and download an activation key to playback the protected video file.

News from DC bulletin: Collaboration between Nokia, EMI and MTV in conjunction with Coldplay concert in Singapore. Limited edition of N91
preloaded with Coldplay songs, music videos and wallpapers using Digital-Connect's IP Mobile solution was launched. Marketed as a special edition
collection, purchase of this N91 also comes with a pair of free Coldplay concert tickets. Preloaded songs in the phones are exclusive only to the
handset and cannot be shared via MMS, SMS or Bluetooth.

Members got to download the latest and most popular music. DC provides the download redemption channel with its DC's IP Connect Platform.

News from DC bulletin: In a campaign to increase membership sign-up for their local website, eBay Singapore and EMI Singapore worked together to
allow interactive download of free digital content. Each new user sign-up during the promotional period gets to download a song for free. Beside
online ads on eBay and EMI website, inserts were also placed in EMI CD's to create further awareness of the promotion. The campaign was supported
by DC's IP Connect Platform.

News from DC bulletin: Nokia Singapore launched "Entertainment goes Mobile", a content portal for Nokia handset users. Handsets were preloaded
with an episode of the anime video where users would then have to acquire license to playback the content on their phone. Subsequent episodes (26
episodes in all) were downloadable from the content portal.
Digital-Connect provided the licensed content, development & management of the content portal, and after service support.
