News from DC bulletin: Consumer will be able to download content from designated Nokia kiosk with their Nokia download card that comes with their
Nokia 3220. DC is engaged to provide the download delivery platform with its IP Connect Kiosk solution.

The Ministry of Finance has approved Netroasia's EPPU status for Provisioning of Technology Infrastructure/Software Support in its
Computer Hardware and Software Products category for S5 ($1,000,000.00) financial limit after the company has met the Ministry's strigent
criteria on the capabilities, experience and financial performance. This achievement allows the company to bid for projects in the million
dollar category.

Digital Connect, a Netroasia's subsidiary has introduces the first music collection on a MMC for Nokia handsets with DC's mobile DRM solution.
The music collection will comprise of music from International and local reowned artistes which includes music videos and wallpapers beside
digital music content.

Netroasia was awarded the tender to develop the Examination and Licensing System for CAAS. The wins, worth closed to S$1 million also bag a
service contract for management and maintenance of the developed solutions. The full deployment of the solutions will meet the objectives of CAAS
for ease of process management and streamlining of work flow for increased productivity improvement. The solution deployed is JadLite EduCampus.

Raffles Medical Group has awarded Netroasia with the development and service contract to manage and
extend their online branding and marketing initiatives after rounds of pitches from a list of agencies.
The entire development and management will see RMG consolidating Raffles Hospital, Raffles Medical,
Raffles Clinic and Raffles Health under a consolidated online presence for the Singapore and International market.

Launched of Sony Music in ;Play for digital music download. With this deployment, ;Play was
also enhanced to allow content owners to provide different usage rights for their content.
StarHub subscribers will also be able to redeem songs from ;Play with their StarHub reward points.
Our subsidiary, Digital Connect provides the support for the new enhanced platform.

Netroasia was appointed as the Digital Service Provider (DSP) by Sony Music Entertainment.
With the appointment, the company will provide content management service for Sony's huge
digital database; our susidiary, Digital Connect provides the DRM platform for its secure
content delivery.

EMI Music has appointed Netroasia as their Online Service Provider to develop, manage
and maintance their online music platform. This will be the channel for promotion of all EMI
artistes as well as the entry to all EMI's online digtal music store. Netroasia will also manage
all contents from EMI regional offices for the new platform.

Netroasia is been certified as the Windows Media Service Provider and Windows Media Solution
Provider by Microsoft. This allow the company and its subsidiary, Digital Connect to provide
content packaging, distribution, and clearinghouse services as well as building the turn-key
and custom solutions to help content providers and service providers to protect, manage, publish,
and distribute theirs or their customers' media library.

its renowned beverage brand, Pepsi. The company will work with the Group on continuous
rich media marketing and promotional channels.

We have launched the biggest online music download portal in Singapore with our partners,
StarHub and EMI Music.
With the on-going effort by the recording industries, movie studios, governing agencies and
other content owners to educate the public about respecting the intellectual property, together,
we hope to be able to create the alternative secure channel to illegal online music/movie/content
ownership. Our subsidiary, Digital Connect is the technology provider for this digital media
platforms.

labels. The portal offers fully streamed albums, pre-released singles, music videos and now legal music downloads.
Netroasia was awarded the project to power the DRM enabled platform. With R&D support from its wholly owned subsidiary,
Digital Connect Pte. Ltd., Netroasia will provide technical and content management services, processing and managing of the significant
volume of music made available by the music companies to the ;Play portal.
