The Ministry of Finance has approved the renewal for all three category of supply heads submitted
by Netroasia after the company has continue in meeting its strigent criteria on the capabilities,
experience and financial performance. The company is eligible for tendering of project up to
$500,000.00 financial category.

Netroasia will be developing the Art Singapore 2004 online portal. Galleries from Asia Pacific are
bringing their choice works to showcase during this 5-day event in Sinagpore. ARTSingapore is a
contemporary Asian art fair, the last event see it received galleries representing 13 countries
from the region including USA.

Netroasia has been awarded the contract to development a rich media interactive web sites for
Dongli88.3 radio station. The development will also comprise of implementing a CM system for
the station to better manage the current load of information and content.
Netroasia will continue to enable the audio and video streaming capabilites of Power98 and Dongli88.3.

Netroasia has successfully completed the technical trial on Helix DRM which provides secure media
packaging, license generation and high quality content delivery to a trusted media player base
across all major platforms to mulitple devices. This has allow its subsidary, Digital Connect
Pte. Ltd. to include the secure rights management module to its existing digital media solutions
for all IP platforms.

Netroasia has incorporated a wholly owned subsidary, Digital Connect Pte. Ltd. The new company will
focus on Digital Content Development, Digital Rights Management solutions and Digital Mobile Content
Services for multi- platforms deployment. This newly incorporated subsidiary will take ownership of
all Netroasia's Digital Media business. Headed by veterans from the Digital Media industry,
Digital Connect will spearhead the initiative for content adaptation and production of streaming audio
and video on all IP platforms.

Netroasia will be developing a rich media website for Greenview Secondary School. Greenview Secondary
is one of the pioneers that set up its e-learning channel for their students as well as the first school
that has a media club in collaboration with Singapore Press Holdings. Netroasia will also evaluate its
mobile streaming technology for the school.

Netroasia was awarded a project under the EPPU (Ministry of Finance) category of $250,000 from Spring
Singapore (Standards, Productivity and Innovation Board) for the development and management of its content
based knowledge management (KM) corporate portal. Other tenderers of the project include National Computer
System and Crimsonlogic.

StarHub has engaged Netroasia as a digital media partner for StarHub’s video streaming portals. Netroasia
will evaluate streaming technology; provide media services and recommend interactive marketing platform
for the portals.
StarHub is Singapore based info-communications MNC providing a full range of information, communications
and entertainment services over fixed, mobile and Internet platforms.

Netroasia was appointed by NTT Communications Singapore to produce and support a 3 days live streaming video
conference between Japan and Singapore government officials.

Anti Video Piracy Association of Singapore has engaged Netroasia to redesign and host the association’s web site.
Members of the association include: Asahi National Broadcasting Co., Ltd and Nippon Television Network
Corporation.
